I remember reading a story about a convent and a particular Sister there who was in her nineties. Her work, every day, was to pray for others and she spent 4-5 hours doing so. This was her job. What if you spent time in prayer each day? It could be as short as one breath or as long as hours.

In addition to prayer, you might try continuously affirming one of the following:

"This is Heaven on Earth."
"I am in Heaven on Earth."
"We are proving Heaven on Earth exists."
"We are all creating Heaven on Earth."

Or you might make up your own affirmation.
